Once I've joined, will I have to pay you anything more than the initial membership fee?

Don't expect something for nothing - you're going to have to do your part, and that means sitting down and registering with as many of the paid survey companies we have listed in our database as possible. The bad news is that this is time consuming and boring. The good news is that many of these market research companies will actually pay you just for registering with them - even before they start sending you paid surveys. And once you have registered with them (preferably with all the ones on the entire survey database) then you will start receiving surveys and other paid market research based on your demographic.
